The new luxurious furnished villa (600 m2 living area and 1200 m2 ray-grass and fruit-tree garden) is situated in a very peaceful villa area called 'Trakata'. The villa is approx 1000m away from the Black Sea beach, 3km from Varna (350,000 inhabitants),15 min from the Airport of Varna, 3km from the St. Konstantin resort and approx 10km from Golden Sands resort. Almost all rooms face southeast (the sea), private swimming pool 10m x 5m. The living room is 70 m2 with a nice terrace overlooking the garden . The dining room is approx. 50 m2. The kitchen, sauna and all the bathrooms and bedrooms are very modern. Four of the six bedroom balconies overlook the sea.

Notes on accommodation
The Villa has individual parking lots within the yard and outside the yard. Тhe greenery and the fruit trees contribute to the cosiness and relaxing atmosphere of the place.

Outside
Ray-grass garden with a garden table and chairs, patio, barbecue, fruit trees (apples, figs, peaches, plums, etc).
Coast/Beach
The nice sandy beach is approx 1500m away from the villa and about 20-minute walk away. The big beach resort of St. Konstantin and Elena is 4km away from the villa and Golden Sands Resort is 12km away. Taxi service could be provided (50 cents per km).There are regular buses to Varna, (every 5-10 min) or to the big resorts (0,50 cents per ticket). The driving time to the big resort of St.Konstantin and Elena is about 5-10 minutes and to Golden Sands resort - 15 minutes.
Sports and Entertainment
We offer and organise the following activities upon request: windsurfing, water skiing, pirate parties, fishing, hunting, trips to other parts of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
Travel
Varna airport is 10km away from the villa (15 minutes driving time). Taxi service is available.
Burgas airport is 130 km away from the villa ( 2 hours by car)
Distances
The distance to Varna is approx 4km (10 minutes by bus, or 5 minutes by car).
Further details
Close to the villa there are several small food and beverage shops and an excellent fish restaurant. The big shops, restaurants, banks, discos are in Varna.
Booking notes
30% of the total price should be paid within three days after the booking. The remaining 70% is payable at arrival in Varna. A 300-euro refundable breakage deposit is payable at arrival.
